4. Abdulsamad Rabiu (Nigeria) – $7.4 Billion

Abdulsamad Rabiu is the fourth richest person in Africa, with a net worth of  $7.4 billion. The Nigerian businessman is the founder and chairman of BUA Group that operates in various sectors, including cement, sugar, and real estate.
