Celebrity Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola in a latest post on social media raises eyebrows as he gifts N750M to all the seven hundred and fifty students of Augustine University.
Today, October 26th 2023, billionaire Femi Otedola is officially inaugurated as the chancellor of Augustine University located at Ilare Epe in Lagos State.
Following the latest development, Femi Otedola who is well known for his philanthropist way of life decided to give back to the students of the University in this difficult time.
Femi Otedola who disclosed that he is associated with Augustine University decided to give N1 million each to each of the seven hundred and fifty students of the university.
He further hoped that the N750M will assist the parents of their students following the harsh economic situation of Nigeria.
Sharing photo of himself with his mother, academic staff of the university, and presenting awards to the students, billionaire Femi Otedola wrote;
“Today, I was officially inaugurated as the Chancellor of Augustine University. I strongly believe in transforming establishments that I am associated with. Therefore, to commemorate my appointment and in recognition of the harsh economic situation in our country, I gave a gift of One Million to each of the Seven Hundred and Fifty Students. I hope this donation of Seven Hundred and Fifty Million Naira assists the plight of the parents of our students in this difficult time… F.Ote$.”
