BREAKING: Tajudeen Baruwa Sworn In As NURTW President

Tajudeen Baruwa has been declared as the National President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).

Baruwa was inaugurated alongside other executive members during the 10th National Quadrennial Delegate Conference of the Union held on Thursday in Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital.

In his inaugural speech, Baruwa said the union, under his leadership, is fully ready to support President Bola Tinubu’s administration to ensure the country’s economy becomes better.

He guaranteed that the union would always ensure the safety of commuters and their goods, and its members would be of good behaviour across the country.

The NURTW Chairman asserted that the union through the transportation sector would add to the federal government’s efforts at achieving economic recovery.
