The Presidential Elections Petition Tribunal (PEPT) has finally announced date to deliver judgment on the ongoing saga on the outcome of the 2023 election.
Within naija reports that the Tribunal set September 16 for the deliver judgment on the case between Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP) and Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The kPEPT will also deliver judgment on the case between Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party and Tinubu and the APC.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is also defendant in the case.
