Award-winning Nigerian singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu recognised as Burna boy cause a stir during his recent concert where he directly asked his fans for money.

Burna boy had his new album, “I Told Them” listening party last night in London and by surprised his fans when he boldly told his fans that he needed money.

While some fans stretched out their phone to him, Burna boy hilariously dismissed the gadgets, saying that he had no need for them. Instead, as he candidly stated, “I don’t want your phone. Ahh, who am I calling? I need money.”

An audience with playfully shouted back at him saying, “You don’t need no money, you’re rich”.

Burna boy explained that his financial request stemmed from the fact that the fans had not yet paid for this particular performance he was about to put on. He stated that, when he graced the stage, they were to consider themselves indebted to him.

The front-row attendees instantly moved forward to give him some money. Burna boy, acknowledged the cash with genuine excitement, declaring, “Oh, I like this people.”
